AI-powered nutrition analysis provides estimates and may not be 100% accurate. Always verify critical dietary information, especially if you have allergies or medical dietary restrictions.
You retain ownership of the content you submit (food photos, logs, journal entries). By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process this content to provide the service (e.g., AI analysis of food photos).

The app may request access to Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android) data. This access is entirely optional and you can revoke it at any time through your device settings. We will only read and write health data categories that you explicitly approve.
The app may send push notifications for meal reminders, sleep schedules, goal achievements, and other wellness-related alerts. You can manage or disable notifications in your device settings or within the app.
All content, features, and functionality of the app (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software) are owned by munchwise and are protected by intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, munchwise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app. This includes but is not limited to damages arising from inaccurate nutrition analysis, health recommendations, or data loss.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
